Chelsea are reported to be in the race to sign N’Golo Kante from Leicester City this summer, but there is contrasting reviews coming from different sources.
On one hand, you have a French newspaper claiming that Chelsea have had a £29 Million bid accepted by the Foxes, which is £7 Million higher than his initial release clause, due to rival bids from elsewhere.
On the other hand, you have SkySports, who insist that they have information which they believe makes the rumour of an agreed fee untrue, and that Leicester are working on an improved contract for the France international.
The 25 year-old played the full 180 minutes of football against Chelsea last season, denying the former Premier League champions a single win over the high-flying Foxes.

It would be a huge signal of intent if the Blues were to bring Kante to Stamford Bridge, after he played such an integral role in helping Leicester city to win the Premier League title last season.
Sir Alex Ferguson was so impressed by his performances that he claimed that Kante was the best player of the entire campaign ‘by a long way’.
