Arsenal are said to be leading the chase to sign Kylian Mbappe from Monaco.
The 17 year-old has earned a call-up to the senior side this term, and is enjoying his breakthrough season so far.
Mbappe is credited with the assist for Monaco’s consolation goal against Tottenham in the Europa League, but is yet to open his goalscoring account since moving up from their reserve side in December.
Arsenal are claimed to have had scouts watch him feature against Evian last week, while Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Liverpool and Manchester United are also believed to be keeping tabs on the forward.
The wonderkid, who has been dubbed the ‘next Anthony Martial’, is said to favour a switch to North-London, with Arsene Wenger key in that choice.
Mbappe is set to become a free transfer at the end of the season, with his current club failing to agree terms with the youngster over a new deal, which could see him move to England with FIFA having to set his fee, due to the player being under 24 years-old.
