Alexandre Pato’s representatives Kia Joorabchian and Giuliano Bertolucci have travelled to Tottenham to complete a move for their client, the Metro reports.
The Brazilian was highly-rated on the continent previously, picking up the Golden Boy Award back in 2009, whilst starring for AC Milan.
Pato then suffered a series of injuries between 2011 and 2013, which made a return to the first-team very difficult, and he agreed to return to Brazil to play for Corinthians.
A year after joining the club, a change in management saw him frozen out, and was eventually sent on loan to rivals Sao Paulo, in a deal which saw Jadson move in the opposite direction.
Pato enjoyed a rapid return to form with his on-loan club, and the forward’s parent club and representatives have both spoken out about a want to return to Europe.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham have all been linked with moves for the 26 year-old, and his agents are said to be in London to thrash out a deal which will see Pato join Spurs in the coming window, in a deal worth £10.6 Million.
