Arsenal are readying a move to sign Alarcan Isco from Real Madrid in January, the Metro claims.
The Gunners are yet to sign a single outfield player this season, despite the summer window having been and gone, and are now said to be eyeing a move for this Real star.
Isco is claimed to have handed in a transfer request this week, and Arsenal are hoping to push through a deal before their rivals come calling.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United have all been linked with an interest in the 23 year-old, and Arsenal will be unlikely to be alone in the chase should reports of a transfer request prove to be true.
The Gunners are also claimed to be interested in signing Celta Vigo’s Nolito, who has been in terrific goalscoring form so far this season, currently sitting in joint-second in the La Liga scoring charts, a goal behind Barcelona superstar Neymar.
