Chelsea and Arsenal threatened with shock FIFA enforced transfer bans

Spanish reports are claiming that both Chelsea and Arsenal could be sanctioned with transfer bans by FIFA.

Barcelona is currently under a enforced ban, which has stopped them from registering any new players to their playing squad for the whole of 2015, although that failed to deter them from signing Aleix Vidal and Arda Turan from their rivals, although neither are allowed to play in competitive matches until January, when their sanctions end.

Catalan news source Mundo Deportivo have tried to have similar punishment placed over Spanish giants Real Madrid, and are said to have written to the football governing body about it, although AS Diario claim that it is Chelsea and Arsenal who could be set to punished.

The Blues won the FA Youth Cup and UEFA Youth League last season, although none of the players have been named as to who they are supposed to have lured to the club illegally.
