Chelsea and Manchester United are eyeing a move to sign Gianluigi Donnarumma from AC Milan, the DailyStar reports.
The 16 year-old has overtaken both Diego Lopez and Christian Abbiati in the pecking order this season, to become the club’s first-choice shotstopper.
Donnarumma has earned plaudits having conceded only three goals in his five Serie A matches so far this term.
His agent Mino Raiola, the agent of world stars Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba, has now claimed the young goalkeeper is worth a huge £119 Million, having shined in the Italian top division despite his tender age.
Chelsea and Manchester United are both believed to have been tracking the AC Milan wonderkid for a number of months, and will have had their interest strengthened by his exploits in the Italian giants first-team.
The Red Devils came close to losing their first-choice goalkeeper David de Gea to Real Madrid in the summer, and could be looking to sign a long-term replacement for the Spaniard in the near future.
