Some value picks for this summer’s Euro 2016 including 50/1 and 66/1 shouts

The European Championship is slowly creeping up on us, with only two weeks until the much anticipated kick off, so we thought we’d look at some outside bets well worth looking at.

If you are looking to match Leicester City’s 5000/1 odds this summer, I’m afraid you would be better off trying to get lucky on the slots.

Belgium are a side who are not only a value bet for the tournament, but have a number of players who are big prices for other markets also. The Red Devils are a best-priced 11/1 (12.0) to win the tournament, but I’m thinking bigger…

Romelu Lukaku has had a very impressive season in England, and at 20/1 (21.0) is well worth backing each/way for the top goalscorer market. If you expect the Belgians to have a strong chance of winning the tournament as I do, you may even want to look at the Lukaku-Belgium winning double at a tasty 66/1 (67.0).

Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard are also known for goalscoring runs, and the latter appeared to hit top form just as the season ended. They are great prices at 40/1 (41.0) and 50/1 (51.0) to backed each-way in the top goalscorer betting also.

Germany are also likely to go deep into the tournament, and a great shout for the Player of the Tournament betting would be Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil. He created an incredible amount of goalscoring chances for his club, and should those chances be converted consistently, his 25/1 (26.0) odds for best player could look like robbery.

Whatever you are backing, you should always make sure you are getting the best odds available using Oddschecker, or risk returning more than you deserve.

Who are your tips for top goalscorer and Player of the Tournament?
